New Knowledge:
- Most of the conflicts and revolutions in the Middle East are caused by the infusion and influences of rights, freedom, and democracy into the strict, militarily, tyrannical, or monarchic, Arab nations.
- The German president Ms. Merkel's "open door policy" allowed over 1.1 million of refugees and migrants from the Middle East and North Africa to Enter Germany in 2015. This is way over 50% of all refugees and migrants from the Middle East and North Africa in 2015. America only take only about 2,174 refugees from 2012 until present (by 2016/Jan/10). This action backfired later on.
- The number of criminal cases committed during new year celebrations of 2016 in the German city of Cologne numbered at about 516 cases. Approximately 40% of them relates to sexual assault.
- Almost all of the victims interviewed afterward revealed that their attackers are foreign, that they can't speak German or English, and looks like people from middle east and North Africa.
- The crimes including sexual assaults and robberies.
- (Information from witnesses and victims) It is reported by witnesses and victims that a huge group of foreign men hang around the cologne train station and sometimes split up into groups of 10-40 people to attack and assault others. The train station is seen ruined in terms of being covered with shards from smashed bottles or vomit from drunk man. It is said to be complete chaos at the streets outside of the train station, the foreign people sneaks into large crowds and stole properties from surprised victims. Often, the refugees and migrants from the mob are seen accosting, assaulting females from teenagers to adult disrespectfully and physically. It is also said that firecrackers are intentionally thrown at people. Lots of female victims reported being touched, grabbed around the legs, coerced to give out their properties, and even being kissed. People were screaming, fleeing, running, and chasing.
- The police were overwhelmed and only can deal with certain groups of the mob of refugees/migrants, as a result, at the train station, police make no or lack of efforts at enforcing the order and all victims or german citizens felt a lack of safety and security. Only did after the event that more reinforcements of police and law enforcers arrived.
- Huge anti-migrants protestors demonstrated in the days following the new year, and huge amount of people denounced and criticized Mrs. Merkel's "open door policy" that she is being too nice and is letting too much refugees/migrants to come in.
- Ironically, the German police did not enforce the order well when the mob (Mostly composed of foreign refugees/migrants) was attacking and assaulting people, but did later fully engage and try to break up the demonstration made by anti-migrants protestors (which are composed mostly of german citizens) with water cannons later on in the days following the event.
- As a result Mrs. Merkel decide and promised to "propose changes to make it easier to deport asylum-seekers who commit crimes".
